Support Worker - Community Care

Precedo Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the Lancashire area. As a Support Worker, you will work with individuals who require daily support in the community, enabling them to achieve their goals and live a healthy, positive lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals in their daily lives
  • Build professional relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Communicate effectively with individuals using a meaningful and respectful approach
  • Advocate for individuals and provide feedback to others
  • Take a holistic approach to supporting individuals, encouraging them to access various opportunities
