This role is crucial to providing a high-quality Advice service to clients. Inbound and outbound communication via the telephone is essential, as you will be dealing with complaints efficiently and providing full training on technical knowledge, including tax requirements and regulations.

The ideal candidate would have previous Financial Services experience and be confident on the phone, dealing with queries from clients/IFAs. You will benefit from working with a highly experienced team in an environment that provides industry-leading training & development, as well as exam support towards chartered status. This firm places a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
