**VP of Revenue Finance Operations Lead**

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead the operationalization of new Revenue operations across the global finance organization at Warner Music Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain operational efficiency and continuous improvement in revenue operations
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee processes such as revenue ingestion and allocation, DSP deal onboarding, revenue assurance, contract recording, suspense item resolution, and revenue recognition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations
  • Several years of leadership experience in similar roles
  • Master's degree a plus
