Job Summary

Stericycle UK is seeking an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join our transport team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely collection, movement, and unloading of clinical healthcare waste on a designated route.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class 2 HGV vehicle to collect and transport clinical healthcare waste
  • Work as part of a busy transport team to ensure efficient and safe waste collection and disposal
  • Reconcile and complete all associated paperwork and documentation via a hand-held terminal
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers at all levels
  • Work a regular shift pattern, Monday to Friday, with 45 hours per week
Requirements
  • Relevant driving experience and a Class 2 HGV Licence (with C+E entitlement)
  • A Full Driver CPC and Digi Card, preferably linked to an ADR certificate (packages 6.1/6.2)
  • The ability to undertake heavy lifting and physically demanding work
  • Excellent customer service skills and the confidence to interact at all levels
