About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site/Civil Engineer to join our team in Rochester, NY. As a key member of our planning and municipal services group, you will provide support on subdivision and site plan reviews, planning board activities, general planning services, and SWPPP/site inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our planning and municipal services group to deliver high-quality engineering services.
  • Provide expertise on site plan design, stormwater and hydraulic calculations, and compliance with State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR), NYSDEC, and MS4 stormwater regulations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive plans, zoning regulations, and other relevant documents.
  • Represent the firm in meetings and conferences with clients, regulatory agencies, and officials of other organizations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in planning or civil engineering-related field.
  • Strong knowledge of site plan design, stormwater and hydraulic calculations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and AutoCAD or GIS skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 (DOE) and a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
