About the Role

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the development and implementation of new supply chain initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the supply strategy approach, scoping requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and enable new supply streams.

This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping the future of Amazon's supply chain operations. The Programme Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and will be responsible for launching new supply programmes, creating and monitoring performance metrics, and reporting on key objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and enable new supply streams
  • Launch new supply programmes and create and monitor performance metrics
  • Report on key objectives and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Work with a variety of Amazon departments to identify and leverage best practices
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in overcoming challenges and driving progress
  • Manage stakeholders and internal processes, and define standards
About the Team

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is a diverse and dynamic group that plays a critical role in Amazon's success. As a Programme Manager, you will be part of a team that captures data and uses it to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience leading cross-functional programmes or projects using project management methodologies
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Relevant experience leading complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in SQL
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in data visualisation tools such as Quicksight
