We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team at Morgan Jones Limited. As a Field Engineer, you will work on customer sites and provide office-based support as a Helpdesk Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Support client devices in server and cloud environments.
• Deliver cyber security services to client devices using the latest assets and protocols.
• Assist clients on-site and remotely using the latest RMM, PSA, and security tools.
• Diagnose and maintain systems, servers, cloud applications, firewalls, switches, routers, and troubleshoot various Windows OS, Mac, and client software applications.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Industry qualifications from Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or equivalent.
• Strong ability to work to deadlines in an organized and efficient manner.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
