About the Role

We are seeking a talented Head of Actuarial Systems to lead our dynamic team in designing and developing end-to-end actuarial reporting systems and proficiency in cloud-based actuarial valuation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition of our investment into your BAU team, embedding a continuous improvement culture to drive the on-going evolution of our actuarial systems capability in the future.
  • Work with system Actuarial Product Owners to define, implement and maintain the Actuarial Systems Strategy in support of the LifeCo and group project agenda.
  • Manage and prioritise the inbound demand for change and development from projects and BAU teams, establishing strong relationships across the business.
  • Develop and lead the Actuarial Systems teams, establishing and embedding best practice standards across systems design, development, testing and deployment.

About You

A senior qualified Actuary or equivalent by experience, you will have a proven track record in successfully leading an Actuarial Systems team. You will have demonstrable leadership and influencing skills as well as excellent problem analysis and resolution skills.

Proficient in cloud-based actuarial valuation platforms, you will have a strong background in designing and developing end-to-end actuarial reporting systems. You will be responsible for leading the transition of our investment into your BAU team, embedding a continuous improvement culture to drive the on-going evolution of our actuarial systems capability in the future.
