Key Responsibilities

As an Engineering Capability Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and implement new production capabilities. Your strong leadership skills, combined with your expertise in manufacturing processes and engineering design, will enable you to drive process improvements and deliver results-driven solutions.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques, Value Stream Mapping and Statistical Process Control to improve productivity and reduce waste.
