Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing the financial aspects of construction projects. This includes helping to prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets, and ensure projects are completed within financial and contractual parameters.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in the world of construction and project management. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learning to conduct site visits, measure works, and prepare valuations. As part of your role, you will gain experience in resolving disputes, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
