Embracing the excitement of the holiday season, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Christmas Support Team as Sales Floor Assistants. This temporary opportunity will provide you with a unique chance to contribute to the success of our sales floor team and deliver exceptional customer experiences during our busiest time of the year.

About the Role:

  • As a Sales Floor Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect products, and maintaining a welcoming and organized sales floor environment.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions, resolve any issues that may arise, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • In addition to your sales floor responsibilities, you may also be required to work in other areas of the store, including stockrooms and processing deliveries.
  • As a flexible and proactive member of our team, you will be expected to take ownership of your development and contribute to the overall success of our sales floor operations.

  • As a Sales Floor Support Assistant, you will be an excellent communicator, with a friendly, calm, and efficient demeanor, even in busy and dynamic environments.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which includes a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.
