Imagine immersing yourself in the great outdoors as a Wildland Conservation Specialist at Center Parcs. Our team is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our forest landscapes, ensuring they remain a haven for wildlife and biodiversity.

£12.63 per hour

In this role, you will work closely with our Grounds Services Manager to oversee the effective management and maintenance of our forest environments, adhering to company and legislative standards.

You will play a key part in promoting conservation efforts, supporting Senior Forest Rangers with critical tasks, and contributing to the development of a high-performing team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equipment in a safe working condition, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Oversee ornamental landscaping, including weeding, pruning, and bark mulching.
  • Maintain interior landscaping as required, prioritizing visual appeal and health.
  • Develop and implement effective grass management strategies.
  • Contribute to forestry work, including thinning operations and habitat creation.
  • Prioritize waterway management, balancing ecological balance with safety considerations.
