Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
  • Undertake sessions according to the programme timetable, ensuring classes commence and finish at designated times.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, ensuring the safety and well-being of all customers.
