About the Job

Please note that this role is only suitable for experienced professionals in room leading roles. We are seeking a qualified and skilled individual to join our nursery team as a Room Leader for our Early Years department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of childcare professionals to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-3 years.
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the nursery, including staff deployment, time management, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 or above qualification in childcare or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading a pre-school or under 3's room.
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection principles.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
