Responsibilities

As a Strategic Healthcare Planner Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of healthcare plans, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This includes managing complex projects, coordinating with external teams, and maintaining relationships with key partners.

You will have expertise in clinical design, operating models, commissioning, risk management, and financial reporting. You will engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, contractors, and suppliers.

You will report to the Clinical Design Director and be responsible for regular reporting to the Trust Executive and Board Committees, providing assurance on the management of risks and compliance.

Requirements
  • Educated to master level in a relevant area or equivalent level of qualification.
  • Recognised management qualification at postgraduate level and/or experience.
  • Completion of project management skills course, e.g. PRINCE2.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include career development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive wellbeing package.
