About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized District Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Exeter and East Devon. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' products are displayed effectively and efficiently in a range of high street retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement merchandising standards and guidelines in-store, ensuring consistency and compliance with client requirements.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams, via our feedback application, as the eyes and ears in the stores.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car that can be used for business purposes.
  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
