A Role Beyond Expectations

Compensation: From £21.44 to £24.24 per hour (including enhancements)

**36 hours per week, night shifts, including alternate weekends (with paid breaks)**

We are looking for a dedicated nurse to join our clinical team and play a vital role in the clinical decision-making process within our care facilities. This position is available at our esteemed establishment.

You will collaborate with fellow Nurses and Senior Care Leads. Our knowledgeable Clinical and Quality team experts are available for 24/7 on-call support as needed. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise and sound judgment. Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude are essential. You should be a collaborative team member, detail-oriented, and possess a sense of enthusiasm.

Experience in promoting best practices in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other critical clinical interventions is also required.
