About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-savvy Stylist to join our team at AllSaints Gunwharf Quays. As a Stylist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our latest collections, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Style customers in our latest collections, sharing your product knowledge and providing an exceptional brand experience
• Actively maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring product is readily available for customers and floor sets and standards are upheld
• Handle and respond to first-line customer queries, emails, chats, and calls across multiple topics relating to product and customer orders via our online customer service system
• Empower customers to make service decisions to resolve their issues while retaining their loyalty and trust
• Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, working as one AllSaints team to get the best result

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and attentive, with excellent communication skills
• Awareness and knowledge of our brand, style, and brand values
• A 'can-do' attitude and lots of enthusiasm
• Good problem-solving techniques and ability to do so with pace, empathy, and sometimes under pressure
• Tech-savvy, with experience in processing transactions and store deliveries using our in-store digital tools
