About the Role

Certain Advantage is currently recruiting for a System Reliability Engineer to join our team as a subcontractor on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex electronic systems and a proven ability to deliver reliable solutions.

The role involves supporting the preparation of reliability programme plans, conducting system and sub-system reliability activities, and providing assurance that reliability requirements have been achieved. You will work closely with our systems teams to ensure that reliability requirements are met and that the agreed reliability programme plan is delivered.

What You Will Do:
  1. Prepare Reliability Programme Plans: Derive reliability requirements, prepare reliability and maintainability predictions, and produce FMECAs.
  2. Conduct Reliability Activities: Conduct system and sub-system reliability activities, including reliability test planning and support.
  3. Provide Assurance: Ensure that reliability requirements have been achieved and provide support to internal and external project reliability panels and committees.

You will be based at our Bristol or Stevenage site and will be required to work 50% from home. We offer a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work on high-profile projects with leading defence organisations.
