beBee Professionals is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial leadership, with a proven track record of driving financial growth and ensuring financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability.Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.Lead relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
