As a Residential Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our team's success. You will be responsible for handling residential and commercial property work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Case Management systems.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of £30,000 per year, with benefits including company events, company pension, on-site parking, and the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

Responsibilities include:
* Handling residential and commercial property work from instruction through to completion
* Delivering excellent service to clients, agents, and work providers
* Maintaining relationships with work providers and estate agents
* Attending training sessions

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a legal environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Case Management systems
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
