Key Responsibilities- Oversee and schedule Installation Engineers' daily activities.
- Manage project handovers, scheduling, and customer communication.
- Track project progress, ensuring it aligns with construction schedules.
- Prepare tenders, quotations, and manage contract documentation.
- Provide technical support and handle customer interactions.
- Participate in the emergency call-out roster and manage engineer support.
- Extensive experience in project management and estimating within the fire and security industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- 23 days of holiday per year (including 3 days for Christmas shutdown) plus Bank Holidays.
- Company vehicle provided.
