B2B Sales Executive

RecRight Ltd is a leading provider of telemarketing services to private and public sector clients. We are currently seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Solihull. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional results for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make calls to customers, identify opportunities and build relationships. If you have a strong sales background and a passion for telemarketing, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Your main responsibilities will include making calls to customers, identifying opportunities and building relationships. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background and a passion for telemarketing. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of the importance of customer service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales background and experience in telemarketing or a related field.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour, eligible for monthly commission and bonuses once permanent (after 3 months).
