We are seeking a motivated and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Canterbury.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide care to people at home as part of a care plan agreed with local nursing teams.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will work as part of a team to provide care to local patients and families.
Monitor the quality of care they're receiving and provide feedback to managers on the quality of care.

RequirementsRelevant level 3 qualification (NVQ/ QCF Diploma or certificate of care / Advanced apprenticeship) or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant/ Worker in a health or social care setting
Experience of working as part of a team and using Microsoft Office and a variety of IT packages
Awareness of developments in the NHS and knowledge of up-to-date clinical practice
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
