Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst, EU PPT

At Amazon UK Services Ltd., we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. As a Supply Chain Analyst, EU PPT, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Fulfillment Centers operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement labor plans that optimize staffing levels and minimize costs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain advanced planning and optimization systems to support supply chain decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders to inform strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive business insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with SQL, Datamart, or VBA, and a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain operations, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Advanced Planning & Optimization Systems, or Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.
  • Operations Research or Capacity Planning experience, with a strong understanding of distribution and manufacturing resource planning.
  • Basic/Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques, with the ability to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and meet tight deadlines.
