Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global payroll processes, compliance, and regulations. They will be responsible for leading the implementation of clients on our global payroll system, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Setup – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project plans, organize client kick-off meetings, and implement successful roll-outs of our global payroll system across multiple countries.
  • Client Management – Work closely with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather payroll requirements, facilitate the onboarding process, and guide clients through technical payroll aspects.
  • Payroll Process Requirements – Define and set up agreed client payroll processes, establish all necessary payroll and data requirements, and ensure timely and effective management of each client's payroll calendar.
  • Documentation – Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process documentation.
  • System Setup and Parallel Payroll Process – Configure interfaces, reports, and system configurations to successfully deliver parallel and live payrolls for months 1 and 2.
  • Go-Live Transition, Sign-Off, and Documentation – Work with clients to sign off projects, document client-specific needs and processes, and generate reports for analysis, audit, and reconciliation of payroll data.
  • Reports – Map GL reports as required.
  • Communication – Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll project matters, collaborating with cross-functional teams and escalating issues where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in global payroll implementation and running payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in multiple countries.
  • Experience with various payroll systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
