Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud Security consultant with strong client-facing skills to collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and design secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using the Microsoft Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert consultancy to clients on M365 and Azure infrastructure, security, and application management.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to gather client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Deliver training sessions to client teams on M365 and Azure solution management, Microsoft 365 Defender, and security best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Manage the technical configuration of Microsoft Intune, including device management, policy enforcement, and application packaging.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure Defender for advanced threat protection, ensuring client environments are secure and optimised for performance.
  • Implement security monitoring using Azure Security Center and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
Requirements:
  • UK SC cleared (preferable)
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and/or supporting Microsoft cloud environments.
  • Consulting experience is also preferable.
  • Experience presenting and leading customer workshops for requirements gathering and/or end user training.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for managing devices and deploying applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender and/or Azure Defender to configure security controls and features across an organisation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview to implement retention, DLP and sensitivity labelling.
