We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Advance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed
  • Administer medication as required
  • Support with preparing and cooking meals
  • Accompany customers to medical appointments
  • Engage in social activities and support independent skills
  • Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Maintain accurate records and update care plans as necessary
