Principal Engineer

As a Principal Engineer at Telent Technology Services Limited, you will play a key role in driving innovation and delivering common solutions across our Engineering Team. You will work closely with technical experts who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all staff involved in test activities have the necessary competence and that test equipment is calibrated and fit for purpose.
- Review and evaluate test results within Telent's scope of works.
- Maintain the Defect Record Log and ensure that any Defects or Observations are actioned for resolution.
- Ensure all project-related tests have been satisfactorily completed, produce Test Certificates, and sign new Station comms systems into service.
As a Principal Engineer, you will be exposed to various technologies, including Transmission, Cellular networks, CCTV, Public Address, and Data Networks. This role covers railway stations nationwide, and you may be required to stay away from home when necessary.

- Experience with test and commissioning activities.
