At DHP Family, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venues and ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all venues are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate the work of external contractors, ensuring that all work is carried out to the required standards and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the condition of our venues and identify any potential maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with our risk management team to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out in accordance with our health and safety policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure that we receive the best possible service and value for money.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including budgets and expenditure.
- Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in the live music industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to maintenance and repair issues.
