Cover Supervisor with experience

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Cover Supervisor to join our team at ABC Teachers. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, delivering pre-set lesson plans, and assisting students with their learning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
- Assist students with their learning, providing guidance and supervision.
- Support school staff with additional tasks, such as marking and feedback.

Requirements- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced school environment.
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
