About the Role

As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide hands-on care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address any identified concerns.
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
