We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skills Development Specialist to join our team at Only FE. As a Skills Development Specialist in Construction and the Built Environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training and assessments to our Level 3 and 4 higher apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver flexible, high-quality training and assessments within the workplace
  • Teach a range of subjects, including Quantity Surveying, Site Supervision, Design & Build, Building Information Modelling, Science, Materials & CAD
  • Work with a caseload of Level 3 and 4 higher apprentices
  • Contribute to the development of our apprenticeship programs
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering BTEC Level 3, HNC and Apprenticeship Standards
  • Ability to teach a range of subjects, including those listed above
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
