Residential Property Conveyancing Role
Rolf Berryman Limited is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Secretary to join their Residential Property department. This is a full-time, permanent position with the possibility of hybrid working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting fee earners and being involved in transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing of files
- Local Searches
- Maintenance of files
- Associated administrative duties
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing and possess outstanding technical abilities. They will also demonstrate excellent client care skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
The firm offers a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, and a range of benefits including potential hybrid working, discretionary extra days off, and ongoing development opportunities.
