Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at OCS Group. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional first-line manned guarding services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional first-line manned guarding services to assigned contracts.
  • Ensure all assigned duties are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Comply with all relevant legislation, including H&S, SIA Licensing, and Risk Assessments.
  • Protect the security and safety of identified buildings and personnel.
  • Carry out all duties in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
  • Perform any reasonable requests as identified by your Line Manager.

Requirements

  • A good general level of education.
  • SIA License (Manned Guarding).
  • Previous experience of working within a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within an organization.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • A professional demeanor.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and integrity.
  • Ability to work proactively with others.
  • Good level of computer literacy.

Health and Safety

  • Ability to follow policy and procedures.
  • Willingness to bring concerns to corporate attention via prescribed channels.
