About the Role

Austen Lloyd Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Family Law Solicitor to join our esteemed firm in Berkshire. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal advice and services to valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child custody, and domestic abuse cases.
  • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate the smooth progress of cases.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments affecting Family law, maintaining a high level of professional knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Newly Qualified or recently Solicitor, with a strong background in Family law.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling a range of Family law matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
