Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Band 6 Role

Job Summary: HCRG Staffing is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team in Southport, Merseyside. As a member of our Urgent and Intermediate Care Team, you will provide high-quality care to patients, working collaboratively with our experienced healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering patient-centered care, adhering to NHS standards and guidelines
  • Conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing effective therapy plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Providing expert guidance and support to patients, families, and carers

Requirements:

  • Current HCPC registration
  • Experience in the NHS, preferably in Urgent and Intermediate Care
  • Ability to work autonomously, with strong decision-making skills
