We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to join our small team as a Senior Customer Experience Ambassador. In this role, you will lead by example, working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to drive exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include processing quotes, orders, and enquiries for one of our brand categories, while also tailoring business solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
