About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Visitor Operations Manager to join our Property Leadership Team at Nostell, based just outside the bustling centre of Wakefield. This role sits within the Nostell & West Yorkshire portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality visitor experiences and operations, ensuring excellent everyday delivery.
  • Lead and manage the visitor facing team, including recruitment, coaching, and staff development.
  • Manage volunteers, whose time and energy enables us to open across a seven-day week, all year round.
  • Oversee day-to-day visitor operations and experience, ensuring excellent everyday delivery.
  • Develop and deliver programmes of events and activities, supporting exhibitions and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Champion accessibility and advocate our 'Everyone Welcome' values with our wider communities.
