About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team at Yours Clothing Limited. As a key member of our data team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Integration: Oversee the migration of data from siloed systems to our data warehouse, ensuring a robust data architecture that supports our business strategy.
  • Develop Reporting Foundations: Lead the team in building solid reporting foundations across e-commerce and third-party marketplaces, enabling data-led decisions.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize extensive SQL skills to extract and analyze complex data, identifying areas for improvement and driving business changes.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Team: Work closely with the Senior Analytics Merchandising Manager to move buying and merchandising reporting into the data warehouse and automate reporting.
  • GA4 Implementation: Lead the analytics agency in the transition to GA4, ensuring the marketing team has the necessary data to drive paid channel performance.
  • Data Governance: Oversee all tag changes across our websites to ensure accurate data capture.
  • Customer Insights Reporting: Develop a customer insight reporting suite to support our marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Advanced SQL Skills: Possess advanced working knowledge of SQL query writing to extract and transform data for reporting.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and data storytelling principles.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and building a team.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, and SA360 is an advantage.
  • English Proficiency: High level of written English with the ability to summarize complex ideas for a wide audience.
  • Time Management: Experience delivering reporting and analysis to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
