About the Role

Ashwood Spencer Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team. As a key member of the academy's operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, maintenance, cleanliness, and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective site management to ensure the academy's facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the academy's leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall appearance and maintenance of the academy's facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
