About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply best practice to our commercial processes to maximize returns in terms of profit.
  • Identify and drive out redundant costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Support the preparation and closure of monthly invoices, including variations, claims, and disputes.
  • Develop project financial forecasts, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Provide commercial advice on costs and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures.

As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you will benefit from a competitive salary, starting at £23,400 per annum, with opportunities for salary progression up to 5% every 6 months. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 A Levels grade BBB, or BTEC National Diploma DDM, or 120 UCAS points from three A levels or equivalent qualifications. You will also need to hold 4 GCSEs grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent.

We are looking for individuals who are eager to develop and have the ability to travel to our sites for on-the-job learning. You will become the key link between design and contractors on our projects, providing key commercial advice on costs and contracts.
