Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team at Wakefield North PCN. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, consultations, and management of chronic conditions.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and advanced practitioners, to deliver holistic care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection guidelines.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to improve health outcomes and address population health needs.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Full registration with GMC.
- Certification of Completion of Training (JCPTGP/PMETB).
- Inclusion on Performers List.
- MRCGP.
- Evidence of a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
