Housekeeping Assistant

At Roehampton Club Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake cleaning and maintenance tasks in accordance with our established schedules and standards, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facilities.
- Assist with laundry duties, including collecting and preparing laundry for collection by our cleaning contractor.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and requests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Work collaboratively with our Housekeeping Manager and other team members to achieve our cleaning and maintenance goals.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
