Job Description

We're seeking a talented Stylist to join our team. As a Stylist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert product knowledge, and creating memorable moments for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience, aligned with our experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovation.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Greet and assist customers, making genuine connections and building brand loyalty.
  • Contribute to the success of the store, living by our core values and mission.
  • Build brand awareness and promote our CRM scheme through engaging with the local community.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of materials, styles, and product benefits, with a self-led learning mindset.
