We are seeking a passionate English Instructor to join our dynamic team at GSL Education. This role is essential in shaping the English curriculum at a vibrant Secondary School. You will be responsible for delivering stimulating English lessons that promote critical analysis and creativity among students. Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, implement innovative teaching strategies, and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.

Key Duties:

  • Design and implement customized English lessons in alignment with national curriculum standards.
  • Employ diverse teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Regularly evaluate student performance and provide meaningful feedback.
  • Integrate technology and educational resources to enrich the learning environment.
  • Foster student involvement through extracurricular activities and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators to support school-wide educational objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English or a related discipline.
  • Valid teaching certification (PGCE, QTS).
  • Experience in teaching English to secondary school students.
  • Familiarity with national curriculum guidelines and assessment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear DBS record.
