About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Events Production Manager to join our Events Team at Enable, a charity dedicated to improving people's wellbeing and strengthening local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing, delivering, and running Enable's diverse range of upcoming events
  • Researching, developing, designing, and budgeting for events
  • Managing event logistics, including site plans, event management plans, safety and emergency plans
  • Booking and managing casual staff and contractors
  • Acting as a personal licence holder at events under the relevant venue's premises licence
  • Supporting the production team with event delivery
  • Liaising with the Marketing Team to develop marketing strategies and produce marketing collateral
  • Managing event budgets and financial administration
  • Collaborating with the Senior Events Producer to research and develop new events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in producing and delivering medium to large public outdoor events
  • Excellent budgeting skills and a keen understanding of creating commercially successful events
  • Confidence in producing event production paperwork, including site plans and event safety management plans
  • Experience with working across multiple large-scale budgets and staying on top of finance administration
  • Passion for creating events to entertain a wide-ranging audience and diverse community
  • Exceptionally high standards of customer service, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with senior management, staff, clients, and members of the public
  • Personal Licence (can be obtained on joining)
