Job Title: Class 2 Driver

At LWC Drinks, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to our customers within a specific area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery by conducting operator maintenance and ensuring all products are loaded correctly and safely.
  • Complete delivery notes, return sheets, and collect payments.
  • Execute special requests from customers by picking up and delivering items as directed on the delivery note.
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping information strictly confidential.
  • Check run sheets, picked orders, and routing for deliveries.
  • Plan routes and requirements for drops by studying schedules and customer requests.
  • Inform customers of stock shortages or problems with their delivery.
  • Return empty cases and gas bottles to the empties yard and unload them correctly.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures.
  • Complete required checks and pass check sheets to the distribution manager.
  • Assist in the warehouse when required.
  • Present a professional image in the LWC Drinks uniform at all times.
Requirements:
  • Good safety practices and driving habits.
  • Correct driving license for the vehicle.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
