The Levitate Recruitment team is currently working with a well-established specialist insolvency firm in Bromsgrove that is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team. The company provides a unique opportunity for professionals to develop their skills and knowledge in Corporate Recovery and Liquidations. As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of corporate cases, implementing case strategies and ensuring the progression of cases. This will involve managing WIP and provisions on portfolio and meeting monthly reporting deadlines. You will also be responsible for producing the necessary reports for banks and creditors, managing a portfolio using appropriate forms, preparing and maintaining files, and using insolvency software (IPS) to diarise and record book entries. To be considered for this role, you must have a good understanding of how to carry out insolvency investigations, prioritise and resolve conflicting client demands, support and develop the use of new methods and service/product offerings to clients, provide assistance and support to junior team members, and produce case reviews in accordance with the firm's review procedure. You will also need to build strong working relationships with clients and intermediaries, maintain control and stability under pressure whilst recognising deadlines, and ensure that clients are billed according to the agreed billing plans. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
