About This Role

We are Two, a leading Design and Build company driving innovation and excellence in the industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team, bringing expertise in commercial office fit-out and a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions.
  • Project Management: You will lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Design Innovation: You will stay ahead of industry trends, applying creative solutions to deliver cutting-edge designs.
  • Team Performance: You will lead and motivate the design team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in commercial office fit-out within Design and Build.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet client expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
